Malschule am Goetheanum, or Painting School at the Goetheanum, as it is called in English, is a painting school working from Rudolf Steiner's indications for a new type of painting. The school is situated in Dornach, Switzerland, but has students from 23 countries.

Work done: Web design and consultancy work.
Design: Since the painting school uses only natural plant colors, the first idea was to create the web site through paintings, but gradually it became clear that this was maybe not the natural way to go. How can you create a painted web site on a computer without ending up trying to make the computer technology look like a painting? It would simply be a lie. Therefore a great amount of work was put into finding a way where the painting could be present, but where it at the same time was clear that the painting was displayed on a computer.
Technology: XHTML, and some PHP programming.
